CEM Development, headquartered in Lakeland, FL, is a new and upcoming multi-family land development company. Family owned and operated since 2021 with parent company, Doherty Automotive Group (DAG), consisting of 26 car dealerships and an approximate $3 billion revenue. DAG was established in 1997 and has created CEM to diversify its portfolio into building multi-family communities throughout the state of Florida.
